The Awards presentation

This year the winners will be announced during a prestigious Awards presentation that will take place over lunch on Tuesday 3 November at the Ballroom, Grosvenor House, Park Lane. For this year, in order to support the industry in challenging times, every short-listed company wil receive one free place to attend the event. Another way in which we are supporting the event is by decreasing our ticket costs and providing wine with your meal.

Early-bird rate until 9 October 2009

Table of 10 people is £ 1'100.00 + £ 165.00 VAT = £ 1'265.00
An individual place is £ 110.00 + £ 16.50 VAT = £ 126.50

Standard rate from 10 October 2009

Table of 10 people is £ 1'200.00 + £ 180.00 VAT = £1'380.00
An individual place is £ 120.00 + £ 18.00 VAT = £ 138.00

The ticket price includes a drinks reception, a two-course menu with an allocation of wine (2 glasses per person) and an afternoon of networking.

Research has shown that lunchtime events for national awards relieve attending companies of substantial costs associated with staying overnight in central London. Holding the Horticulture Week Landscape and Amenity Awards at lunchtime allows finalists to make the journey to and from the Awards on the same day.
